The double degree programs shall provide the students with a comprehensive and rigorous training in physics as a foundation for careers in

• Materials Science and Engineering

• Electrical Engineering; and

• Electronics Engineering

while having the advantage of having deeper understanding in pure and applied physics or interdisciplinary sciences which could be applied in the field. The programs would be sufficient to enable the students to pursue areas such as:

• Advanced physics, material science and engineering research

• University physics, material science and engineering teaching

• Graduate studies (Master’s and Ph.D. degrees)

• Employment in engineering, material science and physics-related jobs in business, industry or the government​

These engineering programs are also ABET accredited which gives you that extra edge especially if you are going to practice abroad.
