Registration is open until May 4, 2021, 5 PM. No late registrations will be entertained.

Email addresses and Student numbers will be used only for exit exam purposes.

1. Register on the link provided. Please provide your mymapua email only. No valid mymapua email, No Exit Exam.

2. All registered users will be billed for PHY13X exam after the ECQ.

3. The exam will be on May 9, 2021, 9AM to 12PM. Schedule will also be posted on BB.

4. Pay your exit exam as soon as possible once billed.

PREREQUISITE TO TAKE PHY13X: PHY13, or those currently taking PHY13.
Those who will commit prerequisite violations will be reprimanded.
